Terra Malia Foti
She is born and raised on O’ahu and brings her decades-worth of professional sales experience along with her passion for customer satisfaction in all that she does. She’s a 1996 graduate of the Kaiser high school and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UOP.

Her background is in group sales and hospitality representing high volume resorts on Big Island, Waikiki and Las Vegas where she began her 15 year hotel career. An avid traveler and having moved over five times for her and her husband’s profession, she became attracted to real estate and is driven to share her expertise and understanding of our culture and home with future buyers and sellers throughout the state.
She started her real estate career on Maui in 2016 with KW Island Living and joined SC Realty in 2019 which allows her to provide property management, residential and commercial transactions services. Terra oversees (3) residential buildings and does the property management for all the units in the building.
